Shipping:
Due to all items being made by order, all orders will be processed and shipped within 10 to 14 business days
of order received. We can process and ship orders sooner for an additional fee. Please contact me with

Please note that UPS does not operate on Saturdays or Sundays,
therefore orders placed late on Fridays may not be shipped till Monday.

Product Liability

Fashion Fur Paws will not be held responsible for pets eating or chewing on trims or
decorations from accessories or garments. If your pet has a tendency to chew, we
suggest that you remove any extraneous pieces. This is your responsibility.


Defective Products
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours
of delivery and we will be happy to correct the problem.

Returns
If you purchase any garments that are custom made, we cannot accept any
returns. All other garments or accessories may be returned for exchange or store credit
within 48 hours of arrival ( we will track your arrival date). The items must be unused and
in the same condition it was when shipped. We do not refund shipping/insurance and
handling fees. If you would like to make an exchange, please contact Fashion Fur Paws
for mailing address .



Store Credit
If You Choose To Obtain A Credit - Once you have returned an item and our policies
have been obeyed, a credit voucher will be emailed to you at the email address you
have provided in your customer account. This credit voucher will be good for three
months from the date the credit is issued to you. Your credit voucher email will include a
redemption code so your customer account is credited the amount you are owed.
Please remember that original shipping/insurance and handling fees are not refundable
and will not be included in your credit.  No Returns or Exchanges on store credits, all
Sales are final. Should you not use your credit voucher within 3 months, it will be
automatically voided.

Promotional Gift Certificate
If you receive a promotional gift certificate on behalf of Fashion Fur Paws,
you will need to use your certificate within 3 months of receiving  it via email.
Your expiration date is electronically calculated in our store check out. During the
checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method there will be a
box to enter a Redeem Code. Enter the code here, and click the redeem button. The
code will be validated and added to your Gift Voucher account. You Can then use the
amount to purchase any item from our store. Please be sure to measure your pet
correctly, there are No refunds on gifts.
